Meet the Founders
Marcie Abreu, Founder
Born and raised in the California Bay Area, Marcie has long held a passion for beautiful design and real estate. She grew up helping her dad build furniture in the garage and HGTV was her favorite TV channel as a youth.
She attended college at the University of Portland where she met Lucy and grew to lovingly call Oregon home. When she graduated from college, she built a Tiny House, which later became her first owner operated rental unit.
For a decade, she worked in high tech and manufacturing, in roles spanning Finance, Business Development, HR, and Program Management where she honed skills to expertly manage your properties and your tenants!
Lucy Link, Founder
Born and raised in Portland, Oregon Lucy is one of the few true "Portlanders" left. She fell in love with the city early on, and has loved getting to help others live in this city too. Growing up, she would help her dad during the summers at the apartment building he owned and managed. As she got older she learned first-hand how to run rental property. She attended the University of Portland, where she met Marcie Abreu.
For over a decade Lucy has worked in Marketing and Project and Property Management. Her corporate experience spans several fields, from Security Software to Translation Services. Working in such different industries helped Lucy grow her adaptability and creative thinking. By nature a problem solver, she has taken these skills from the corporate world into her own business.
